Project Infomation
This design exercise shows an elevational study for a retirement complex housing ## residents. The design combines the physical curvature and fall of the site with a material palette and sensibility derived from the local built environment.
Breaking out from the rigidity of a controlled grid composition, the glazing purposely opposes that notion with very few instances of horizontal alignment which is further emphasised with several projecting bays.
