Located in Long Rock, Marazion with a view to the imposing natural form of St Michael's Mount, the project was to provide local housing and a holiday camp. The brief stipulated a medium density development including houses and studio apartments with further provision of workshops to facilitate the manufacture of local coastal crafts.
