The site lies adjacent to the staggered crossroads at the edge of the existing residential settlement of Ollerton, within the Cheshire Green Belt.
The Development has been designed specifically to be within the parameters of the site opportunities and constraints whilst seeking to create a form of development that is appropriate to the character of Ollerton and creates a soft, more-permeable buffer and aesthetically pleasing transition to adjoin this area of land with the neighbouring countryside.
The existing derelict commercial buildings of the former garden centre are replaced by 10 Eco-sustainable dwellings of contemporary design together with an extensive considerate soft Landscaping scheme to improve appearance and biodiversity. The siting of the new dwellings present and improved and more respectful layout away from the existing protected trees and creating visual corridors to allow "through" views
